Yes. Profiles, events, segments, and API and MCP access are free, with no end date. You pay only when you turn on a paid service such as FDE or Conversations.
No. Sign up with your work email and website. You add a payment method only when you turn on a paid service.
We use aggregated, de-identified data across brands to improve our models and publish benchmarks. It never identifies you or your customers, and we never sell your data. Section 7.6 of our Terms covers this. You own your customer data (section 7.1).
FDE is $2,000 a month. Conversations for ecommerce brands is $199 a month plus 10% of recovered sales, or $499 a month plus 5% on Pro. Conversations for B2B is $500 a month plus $1 per conversation started. Self-serve rates for SMS, Telegram and predictive scores are coming soon.
