How one tour guest moves through FDE, Profiles, Workflows and Conversations
FDE connects the booking platform, marketplaces and waiver tools to Profiles. The profile holds bookings, group sizes, waivers and past trips. Workflows checks whether the guest stalled, asked a question or replied; if so a Conversations agent answers by text as the tour company, otherwise a scheduled message goes out. Every outcome is written back to the profile.
